Dating back to the early 1700s, the Cannon-Maston House rests just outside Seaford and, along with the Hearn and Rawlins Mill, is one of the northern cornerstones of the Nanticoke Heritage Byway. The home is one of the oldest surviving buildings in southern Delaware and was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1975.
